Fees and Other Information

Our fee is $150/hour.
We schedule only in the afternoons and evenings (including weekends) Mountain Standard Time. We’re currently booking 24-60 hours ahead or more.
1 hour session, $150/hr 1/2 hour follow-up, $75
We also offer sliding rate fees based on one’s ability to pay
($50-250/hour).

Tips and donations to help us keep our services accessible to others are gratefully accepted.
How To Make An Appointment:
Send us an email and suggest a few appointment times that might work for you.
Then pay for the session using one of the Paypal buttons above. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use a credit card or debit your bank account. Paypal just handles the processing. Do keep in mind that your payment is your confirmation of the session. Your space will not be held until payment is received.
In-Person Sessions
Can sometimes be arranged far enough in advance in the White Mountains of Arizona, or when we’re traveling and visit your area. Pay in advance using the Paypal buttons above. Longtime clients may pay by cash or check at the time of the session.
Phone Sessions
Must be paid in advance using your credit card or by debiting your bank account using the Paypal buttons above. We will call you at our agreed upon time. Please provide the phone number we should call (land lines are preferred if possible).
Our Guarantee:
Be happy with how we work after 15 minutes or we'll stop the session and the time we've spent is free.
If you paid for a phone session, we'll refund your money via the Paypal service.
Lateness and Cancellation Policy:
Please call us at least 24 hours ahead to cancel an appointment and call us the day of the appointment if you'll be more than 5-10 minutes late.
We try to be flexible enough to deal with last minute emergencies and traffic issues but, otherwise, we need to start the clock at your appointed time to accommodate our other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late your session may have to be cancelled or postponed.
If you don't call, your missed appointment may be billed.
