Long Distance Calls are No Problem!
We use Skype to make calls anywhere in the world using Voice-Over-Internet technology. And you don’t need to have a Skype account to take advantage of this. We can use the technology to call you on your house or mobile phone and there’s no charge to you for long distance.*
If you prefer to keep your phone numbers private you’ll need to download Skype for free so we can connect that way, or you can call us on the phone line we provide that purpose (in which case long distance charges may still apply.)
Are calls using Skype secure? As secure as your phone line is or better. You can read what Skype has to say about their encryption protection here.
* Please keep in mind that if one of our Internet connections goes down we might have to try the call again and/or go back to old-fashioned telephone technology. If the call has to be done by phone at certain times of day long distance charges might still apply.

Video Sessions—Now you can work with us face-to-face, for no extra charge, from anywhere in the world!
You need a video camera hooked up to your computer and a good microphone and speakers . . . or a good headset that you can plug in. And a high-speed internet connection (not dial-up).
Then you’ll need to download FREE software from Skype and have that set up on your computer. Try it out with a friend. Was it fun? Great, you’re set to go!
How well does it work?
Our experience with Skype so far is that the video interface varies A LOT depending on your connection, your equipment, and factors beyond anyone’s control like how many people are using the Internet at any given time. Sometimes it can be great! But there can be delays between the video and the audio and sometimes the picture gets weirdly pixelated.
Still, if you can live with that, video calls can be worth it. You can see us, know when we’re needing to pause to tune in and receive guidance. We can see you, notice how you’re responding to the counseling or healing, and slow down or speed up accordingly. We can show you things. You can show us things. Phone sessions tend to do just fine without this but there are limits to the technology. Adding video adds more possibilities. It certainly can be fun.
Please keep in mind that this technology is still relatively new and we can’t be held responsible for technological glitches. If the connection isn’t good enough we might have to switch to audio only (Voice Over Internet). And if the connection goes down completely, we’ll have to try the call again. In the worst case scenario we might have to complete the call using old-fashioned methods like telephone. (If the call has to be done by phone at certain times of day long distance charges might still apply.)
